Website visitors: We collect minimal data through our website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes.
Desktop software: MVP Rad products run entirely on your local workstation. No patient data, protected health information (PHI), or clinical content is ever transmitted to our servers. All logging within the software is PHI-redacted at write time.
Account and payment data: If you purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and basic account information. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe's secure servers. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
MVP Rad software is designed with HIPAA compliance considerations in mind. PHI is processed locally on your machine and is never transmitted to our servers, cloud services, or any third party. We do not collect, store, or have access to any patient data processed by the software.
You are responsible for ensuring HIPAA compliance within your own environment, including access controls, workstation security, and proper handling of patient data.
The mvprad.com website does not set first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set strictly necessary cookies for security, performance, and bot mitigation. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. No third-party advertising trackers are used on this website.

We retain account and payment records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
